Interest List and Future Releases

Epic Homes is working from an interest list for all future releases.

What this means is when they are ready to release any new inventory spec home, they will notify the prospective buyers on the interest list before offering the homes to the public. It is a first come first served basis, and no bidding wars.

How do you join the interest list? Provide a pre-approval letter from one of their preferred lenders, or your lender, and share details of which plan, budget, timing works best for you, and they will notify you before the public!

Pricing is only locked in at contract and subject to change between now and then.

When working with one of their preferred lenders Epic Homes contributes $5,000 towards closing/finance costs PLUS .5% credit of your loan amount.

Also, our earnest money is $40k; however, if you were to work with one of their preferred lenders listed below then the earnest money is reduced to $20k total.
