Remington Homes is Coming to Painted Prairie
Remington Homes has been a Colorado family-owned company for over 50 years and will now be offering single-family home options in the Painted Prairie community. Remington builds EPA Energy Star certified homes of which the homebuyer is given the opportunity to make their home unique through the design process. The Larkspur Plan

The Yarrow Plan
The Yarrow floorplan is only slightly smaller than the Larkspur with 2502 sq.ft. and also features 4 bedrooms upstrairs, 2.5 bathrooms, an office, and three-car, front-loading garage. Check out the preliminary floorplan here.
The Lupine Plan
