If you’re not really into choosing interior finishes, Meritage offers several spec homes that you can choose from where they’ve done all the designing for you – of course with a design professional. Painted Prairie Meritage spec homes range in the all-in price of $352,000 up to $388,000.
As of the time of this writing (September 2020), Meritage has 7 quick move-in homes available. These homes are currently being built and will be move-in ready as early as November and as late as January 2021.
