My favorite features of the home are the included upgrades such as the luxury plank flooring throughout the main level, the 12×12 Vinyl tiles on the bathroom floors, Nest camera with doorbell and Nest thermostat, and the 42″ custom cabinets. The McStain Painted Prairie website is fantastic resource to estimate what your total cost will be. You can choose your finishes, upgrades, finished basement, etc., and get a very close estimate to what it will cost to build your dream home! I put every single upgrade I could find on the Showcase model and for absolutely every upgrade you can include the final price was $644,680 (See that design HERE). To give you an idea, currently in the Denver/Aurora market the average single family home is $615,000. This McStain home with every single feature and upgrade available is about $30k more – the likelihood of choosing every single finish is pretty slim, so I’m here to help you with that!
