What’s Happening with Parkwood Homes in Painted Prairie?
Have you been dying to build a beautiful Parkwood home in the greater Dener-metro area? Well, your chance is coming soon! I recently touched base with the Parkwood sales office and have the scoop on what Parkwood has coming to the Painted Prairie community in Aurora, Colorado.
Parkwood Homes is expecting to obtain two lots in Painted Prairie in late July/early August – one for their model home and the other for a spec home next door. Parkwood is hoping to have that model home open and ready to start sales in March or April of 2022.
There will be two floorplans – the Lexington and the Chelsea. The Chelsea will be the model home floorplan and the Lexington will be the spec home next door.
Parkwood is still finalizing plans, but the main difference is that The Chelsea is a traditional Parkwood plan with a formal entry and the Lexington is a little more casual with the entry right into the living area. Unlike other neighborhoods, like Central Park, buyers shouldn’t count on a full customizing arrangement, however, they can expect to go through four or five finish selection studios for appliances, finishes, cabinetry, etc.. There will be finished loft, basement and carriage house options, and this flyer shows the connection bridge between the master and the work-from-home studio/carriage home apartment over the garage that will be modeled, along with the finished loft, basement and loft outdoor space. That’s so exciting! The plan looks fantastic. Do they give an estimate of when they will have pricing/availability/where they will be located in phase 2?
