What’s to come in Painted Prairie?

Beautiful and unique parks found throughout Painted Prairie

In early October 2020, I was invited to a conference with the developer and president of Painted Prairie, Chris Fellows, along with representatives from all the builders currently in Painted Prairie.  

I recorded these videos with no intent on posting this online.  I was just recording the conference so I could go back and reference the information I learned.

However, when this talk was over, I knew I was walking away with answers to almost everyone’s questions about the neighborhood.  The topics covered in this video are:

I have found this neighborhood to truly be a hidden gem right now.  There truly is a builder for any budget in this neighborhood.  The parks and views of this neighborhood is also unmatched.
