Denver Area New Construction Deals!

It’s an interesting time right now for real estate. We’re just coming out of a really tough year with soaring interest rates halting homebuyers to a stop. It feels like we’re coming out from the other side as we’re now seeing rates slowly decline, the Fed is announcing future rate cuts, and the market is starting to stabilize….a little bit.

If you are looking to make a move, I think right now is the perfect time to hit. The buyer craze hasn’t quite hit yet, sellers on resale homes are more likely to give concessions, and builders are absolutely giving out concessions.  However, in my opinion, this chance isn’t going to last long. These incentives are also geared more towards move-in ready homes, or homes that will be ready in the next few months.

These incentives are through the builder’s preferred or in-house lenders. This is a good opportunity for me to advocate for checking in with a local lender as well. They may also be able to match this rate. Need a local lender recommendation, I’m happy to share!
